Our family recently returned from an unforgettable safari vacation in Tanzania and Kenya organized by Bernard with Nziza Hospitality, and the entire experience exceeded our expectations from start to finish.  We were celebrating a  birthday and his team made it special. Every detail was handled flawlessly, including flight transfers, luxury accommodations, daily logistics, and dining arrangements. The level of planning and attention to detail allowed us to simply relax and enjoy the adventure, knowing everything was being managed professionally. The wildlife viewing was absolutely spectacular. We saw an incredible variety and abundance of animals in their natural habitats, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The breathtaking landscapes of the Serengeti and the vast plains of Kenya provided a stunning backdrop for every game drive and excursion. The accommodations, food, and beverage experiences were exceptional throughout the trip, and the hospitality we received at every stop was warm, welcoming, and first-class.  Again, personal attention to detail was not overlooked. If you are considering a safari in East Africa, we highly recommend Nziza Hospitality. My experience with Inziza Hospitality were outstanding. Things happened as planned, the lodges that we stayed at were clean,  were located in beautiful  settimgs, and provided EXCELLENT food. The field trip locations were full of beautiful scenery and animals; plenty of photos opportunities. The staff and tour guides were very knowledgeable and the leadership went out of their way to assure my comfort and enjoyment. As you can see, I will be a repeat customer. These folks were top level. The Pinnacle of African Hospitality Having been a travel agent for over 40 years, I have seen and experienced the best the world has to offer. This trip couldn't have been more wonderful with the outstanding guides that had given their time and talents in every detail of this experience. There was never a moment that I didn't feel secure, safe and taken care of in every way. The tiniest of details had been thought of and there wasn't one worry or concern that wasn't taken care of by Nziza Hospitality. I don't know if there is training that goes into the care of your clients, but I'd want to give a shout out to Steffi for the outstanding service he provided to our group and to Bernard for the extra special touches that made these moments spectacular memories!

Bernard is the secret ingredient that made the trip so special. He and his company have the highest expectations of themselves as well as the lodges they partner with. They do an exceptional job creating experiences and go above and beyond imagination. It was very clear no matter what property we stayed at or who we had as a driver on safari, we were getting the best out of everyone and everything. Bernard demands the best for his customers- best rooms, butlers, service/attention to detail. From the moment you land to the moment you leave you will never be on your own- all scheduling, logistics/transportation, bookings will all be taken care of for you. His knowledge is second to none. He curates the trip based on the time of year/where the migration is happening and will guide you toward the best places and things to do, but will also work you depending on locations/things of interest to you and the family. There is no one I trust more with my personal trips and my client’s trips to Africa! Absolutely everything was handled for us from the minute we touched down, until the minute we left. Our lodges and guides were amazing. Nziza handled every arrangement- game drives, meals, charter flights, car transfers, hotels in the city, visas, and more!
