Soar Above the Sands of Namibia
A 12-day luxury fly-in safari from Etosha’s wildlife-rich plains to the vast dunes of the Namib, discovering Namibia’s remote wilderness, ancient landscapes and extraordinary beauty.
Soar across the sands of Namibia by light aircraft on this 12-day journey that links five remarkable stays and skips the long road transfers.
Begin with a gentle arrival at Zannier Omaanda near Windhoek, then fly to Onguma Camp Kala for game drives in Etosha and evenings beside a floodlit waterhole. Continue to remote Serra Cafema on the Kunene River for a cultural visit with the Himba and a day exploring Hartmann’s Valley.
Then settle into the private Onduli Enclave villa in Damaraland, where you search for desert-adapted elephants, visit the rock engravings at Twyfelfontein and can track black rhino with the Save the Rhino Trust. Finish at &Beyond Sossusvlei Desert Lodge, climbing the great dunes at sunrise, stargazing from the lodge’s observatory and taking a helicopter flight over the desert, with an optional hot air balloon ride at dawn.
Along the way, scenic flights over the Skeleton Coast show you the shipwrecks, seal colonies and vast sand sea from above.
